1. Items that Arrive Broken
I take great care in ensuring the quality and safe packaging of my products, but I understand that accidents can happen during transit. If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please follow these steps:
- Contact me within 10 days of receiving the damaged item. Include clear photos of the damaged product.
- I will review your request and I might suggest a quick solution to fix the broken item. If not possible, you will be issued store credit for the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs.
2. Package Delivery Issues
I strive to ensure your order is delivered to you promptly, but I cannot personally take responsibility for orders that may, on rare occasions, encounter transit issues. To provide you with a peace of mind, I offer tracked shipping options that allow you to keep an eye on your package's location and estimated delivery date. If, however, you ever encounter any concerns regarding your package's delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out to your local shipping carrier for assistance. They will be happy to help resolve any issues to ensure you receive your order smoothly.3. International Duties
